Gradebook Score Inspector does not show data

If score inspector will not display on the screen do the following:

1 - EXIT gradebook
2 - On the Windows desktop CLICK START
3 - In the SEARCH BOX type in “powerschool_gradebook.properties”
4 - DELETE that file.
5 - Try Gradebook again
